Our office is tucked away in Sainik Vihar, Fazalpur, which is a part of Meerut. We work out of the premises owned by Nirbhay Singh Ahlawat. JUST ABODE SOLUTION LLP is the name we go by. We aren't a big, shiny real estate firm with a lot of employees. We’re just a small group of people helping others find a place to stay or a house to buy in Meerut. This city can be quite crowded and loud, so being based in a residential area like Sainik Vihar is actually quite nice for us. We spend our days looking through listings and talking to landlords. We don't have a polished corporate image or anything like that. Our office is just a room with some chairs and a computer where we keep track of everything. People come to us because they want a straight answer about where to live. We know the local neighborhoods and which ones are getting better. Property paperwork in Uttar Pradesh is rarely simple, so we spend a lot of time at the local offices getting things sorted out. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s necessary for things to move forward. We don't use big words or fancy brochures. We just talk to people and try to find a solution that works for them. Most of our clients come from word of mouth in the Fazalpur area. We like it that way because it keeps things personal. It’s just how we operate.
