Instiapp Erp (Opc) Private Limited is right near the Ajanta Tent house in Dev Puri, Meerut. Our address is 333 Dev Puri and we have been here for a good amount of time. Being near a landmark like the tent house makes it easy for people to find us, which is helpful. We work on ERP software, which basically means we spend our time building tools for businesses to manage their stuff better. The office is a straightforward place with a few rows of desks and a lot of coffee mugs lying around. Meerut can get quite hot and dusty, so we spend a lot of time making sure the computers stay clean and the fans are running. We are a small operation and everyone knows everyone else’s business. We do not have any big corporate policies or fancy HR departments. If something needs doing, one of us just grabs a chair and starts working on it. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that is just how it is here. We like the local vibe of Dev Puri and we often get our lunch from the stalls just down the road. It is a simple life of coding and troubleshooting, and we are quite content with the way we have set things up in this little corner of the city.
