German Fertilizers Private Limited is our company. We are located at 200 Khatkaherirampur in the Maniharan area. We operate care of Sherpal. This is not a big city office with elevators and air conditioning. It is a local place in a rural setting. We are surrounded by the very fields that use the products we handle. It is a very direct way of doing business. We don't have any marketing experts or corporate branding. We just have a name and a location. Sherpal is well-known in this area, so his place is where everyone comes to talk. We spend our days managing fertilizer stocks and talking to the local farmers. It is a lot of physical work and the environment is dusty. We don’t mind it because it’s part of the job. Maniharan is a quiet place for the most part, except during the planting season. Then everything gets very busy. We don’t have a fancy mission statement. We just want to provide what the local agriculture needs. Our office is just a room with a desk, some chairs, and a calendar on the wall. We keep things simple. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We just show up at 200 Khatkaherirampur every morning and do what needs to be done. It’s a steady life and we are content with how things are. We’ve been here for a good while and we plan to stay.
