Earthgro Organics Llp

Earthgro Organics is located over at A 114 in Defence Colony. Meerut is where we’ve always lived, so it made sense to start here. This isn’t a massive industrial plant with hundreds of people. It’s more of a home-based operation where we keep everything organized in the back. We focus on organic products because we truly think it's better for the ground and the people eating the food. We started small, just trying out things in our own backyard a few years ago. Now we have this Llp. It’s a lot of manual work, bagging things up by hand and checking the quality of every batch. We don’t have a polished corporate image or a marketing guy. If you call us, you’re probably talking to one of the family members. The colony is usually pretty quiet, which is nice for getting work done without too much noise. We often have piles of stuff waiting to be loaded onto a truck and shipped out. Sometimes the delivery drivers have a hard time finding the house number among all the others. We spend a lot of time talking to local gardeners and farmers who want to switch to organics. It's just a regular small business, nothing fancy. We don't use big words or have any expensive slogans. We just sell organic supplies that we know work. The garage is usually full of inventory and it smells like earth. We try to keep the paperwork in order, but the physical work is what takes up our time.
