We are Daya Krishan & Associates, based right in the middle of things at 36, New Market near Begum Bridge. If you know Meerut, you know how busy Begum Bridge can get. It’s the heart of the city in many ways. Our office is tucked away in the market, providing a bit of a workspace amidst all the noise outside. I started this firm because I wanted to stay local and use what I’ve learned over the years. We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us working together on various projects. The office is filled with papers and old desks, but we know where everything is. We don't put on a show for anyone. People come to us because they know we are here and we do what we say we will. New Market is an old place, and our office reflects that history. It’s got high ceilings and those old-style windows. Sometimes the electricity acts up, but we manage. We spend our days answering calls, meeting with folks who walk in, and getting through the technical parts of our jobs. It’s not always exciting, but it’s honest work. Being near Begum Bridge means we see a lot of life every day. We’ve been here through many seasons, watching the market change. We just keep doing our thing, day after day, in our small corner of number 36.
