Apus Realtech Private Limited is located over at A-310 in the Meerut Mall. Being in a mall means there’s always people around, which is nice. We focus on real estate and technology related to property. Our office isn't huge, but it fits us just fine. We spend our time looking at maps, dealing with contracts, and meeting with clients. Meerut is a busy place and being at the mall puts us right in the thick of it. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up every morning and get to work. Some days are spent entirely on the computer and other days we are out visiting sites across the city. It’s a mix of office work and field work. We’ve been at this location for some time now. People know they can find us here if they need help with anything property-related. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us. We try to stay organized, though the paperwork sometimes piles up on the desks. It’s a practical way to earn a living. We know the Meerut area well and enjoy the pace of the work. It’s just a normal business doing its thing in the mall. We see a lot of people passing by our door every single day.
