Our office is located over in New Sanik Vihar on Rohta Road in Meerut. We are basically operating out of Ashok Kumar’s place, which makes it feel much more like a home than a regular workplace. Meerut is a busy town, and Rohta Road can get pretty clogged with traffic in the mornings, so we all have our own shortcuts to get here. The area is mostly houses, so it’s a nice change from the loud industrial zones. We’ve set up our workspace with a few desks and some decent chairs since we spend so much time sitting down. It’s a simple setup. We don't have any flashy signs or a big lobby. There is usually some laundry hanging out to dry somewhere nearby, and you can hear the local sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. We do our solutions work on a couple of reliable servers we have in the back room. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, but that is just part of living and working in Meerut. We keep a stash of notebooks and pens on a central table for when we need to brainstorm. It is a very down-to-earth kind of place. Nobody wears a suit here; we just show up in whatever is comfortable and get to work. It’s a small, local operation, and we are quite happy keeping it that way for now.
