Renuka Polymers

Renuka Polymers is based out in Medchal District, specifically in Kranthi Colony within the Medipally area. The full address is H No 8-138/3, and it is a bit of a trek to get here if you are not used to the area. We have a decent-sized space here because we need it for the materials and the machines. It smells like plastic and old grease most of the time, but we don't mind it. We make different types of polymer products, mostly just bits and pieces that other companies need. The machines are loud, and they run for most of the day. It's not a glamorous job. We spend a lot of time checking the heat settings and making sure the molds are right. There are a few of us working here, mostly local guys from Sai Nagar Colony or nearby. We keep the gate open for the trucks that come to pick up the orders. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out, which is part of being out this way. Medipally has grown a lot lately, but our street still feels like the edge of town. We are just a small production unit, really. No big corporate office or fancy lobby. Just a workshop with some hardworking people and a lot of plastic. We do our shifts, pack the boxes, and go home. That is the routine.
