Dass Agri Farm Research Private Limited is out here on the land. Our address is a bit funny, just some numbers like Mm No 43 and K No 1, 2, 3, 8, 14. It basically means we are right where the farming happens. We do a bit of research on how the plants are growing and what works best in this soil. It is not a lab with white coats or anything like that. It is just us out in the dirt looking at the stalks and the leaves. We started this to see if we could get better results from the seeds we use. Sometimes the experiments work and sometimes they do not. That is how farming goes. We spend a lot of time outside. The office work usually happens in the evenings when it is too dark to see the fields. We are not a big company with many branches. It is just this one spot. We keep track of the water usage and how the different patches of land are doing. It is a lot of walking around. The sun gets really hot around midday so we take a break then. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us who know the land. We have been at this for a while now. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning to night. No one here wears a tie. We just focus on the plants.
