Our site is located at Survey No 296/7/10 in the Ida Bollaram area, under Jinnaram Mandal. This is an industrial zone, so it’s a place where things are actually made. It’s a big facility compared to a regular office, and it’s full of the sounds and smells you’d expect from a pharmaceutical plant. We have different sections for production, storage, and a bit of administrative work. The floors are concrete and the furniture in the break room is pretty basic. We spend most of our time making sure the production lines are running smoothly and that everything is following the standard procedures. It’s hard work and the days can be long, especially when we have big orders to fill. We don't have any fancy decorations or a glossy lobby to impress visitors. Most of the people who come here are truck drivers or suppliers who just want to get their business done and move on. We have a small team in the office part who keep the records straight, but the real heart of the place is out on the floor. It’s a bit far from the city, but we like the space we have out here. It’s a busy, practical environment where everyone just focuses on their specific task and keeps the machinery hum going through the shifts.
