We are situated at Survey No 296/7/10 in the IDA Bollaram area, under the Jinnaram Mandal. This is a pretty large industrial zone, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. Sri Krishna Pharmaceuticals Ltd is a name that most people around here know because we’ve been at this location through many changes. The facility is quite spread out because of the nature of the work. It’s an industrial setup through and through, with lots of pipes, tanks, and heavy machinery. It can get quite hot and loud on the floor, but that’s just how it is in this line of work. We have a large number of people working shifts to keep things running around the clock. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. We don't have fancy office furniture or anything like that; it’s all very functional and built for heavy use. The local area of Bollaram is always dusty from the trucks, and we are right in the thick of it. We just focus on getting the production numbers right and keeping the facility maintained. It’s hard work and requires a lot of attention to detail every single day. We don't really do much in the way of promotion. We just show up, do the shifts, and keep the plant operating as it should. It’s a long day, but we are used to it.
