Located at No. 10/42 in the Gaddapotharam Ida area of Kazipally, this facility is a big part of the industrial landscape around here. It is an industrial area, so the surroundings are mostly other factories and wide, dusty roads. We have a lot of people coming in for different shifts throughout the day and night. The gates are always busy with workers arriving on their bikes or in company buses. Inside, it is all about the machinery and the production lines. It isn’t the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or art on the walls. It is a practical environment designed for high output and safety. We have strict rules about where you can walk and what you have to wear, which is necessary when you have this much equipment running at once. The canteen is the main social hub where everyone catches up during their breaks. The air usually has that faint metallic or chemical smell common in these zones. It is a hard-working atmosphere where everyone has a specific role to play. We don't spend much time on small talk during the shift because there is always something that needs monitoring or a quota to meet. It’s a massive operation, but at the end of the day, it is just a lot of local people putting in their hours to get the job done.
