We run Ideaz Recruitment Services out of House Number 4824 in the New MIG Phase II area. It’s part of the BHEL RC Puram locality in Hyderabad. Our address is 502032 if you’re looking us up. The office is basically a house that we’ve converted into a working space. It feels more comfortable that way, and it’s a lot less stiff than those glass towers downtown. We spend our days looking through resumes and talking to people about what they’re looking for in a job. It’s a lot of listening and taking notes. Hyderabad is a big place for work, so there’s always someone calling or stopping by. We don't have a fancy lobby or a high-tech system. It’s mostly just us, our phones, and a few computers. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait a bit, but we get the work done eventually. We started this because we knew a lot of people needed help finding the right spot. It’s not a complicated business, but it takes time and patience. We like the RC Puram area because it’s a bit more relaxed than the city center. We don't put on any acts here. We just talk to folks like they're our neighbors. It’s a steady job and we’re glad to be doing it from this house. We take our breaks in the small garden out front and get back to the files when we're finished.
