It’s where a lot of the workers and their families stay. This particular spot is a residence that often doubles as a point of contact for local matters. It is a standard MIG house, nothing too fancy, with a small front area and the usual layout you see across the phase. Living and working around Bhel means your life revolves around the plant and the community here. We handle various bits of coordination and local tasks from this location. It’s much quieter than the main city center of Hyderabad, which is nice when you want to get things done without the constant horn-honking. We have a lot of neighbors who are also connected to the company, so there is always someone around to talk to about work. The walls are a bit old and maybe need a fresh coat of paint, but it serves its purpose for what we need to do. We don't have a formal reception or anything like that since it's a residential setup. Most of the time, it's just about keeping track of schedules and making sure the local logistics are handled properly for the people living in this block. We just take things as they come and do the work required.
