Idbi Bank

Our branch is out in Doulthabad village, specifically at Hno 3 89 1 in the Hathno Ora area. It’s a bit of a drive out here in the Medak district, but this is where the people need us. It’s a very quiet place compared to the big cities. The building is simple, just like the village itself. We handle everything for Idbi Bank here, from helping farmers with their accounts to dealing with small savings for families. We don't have any fancy technology or a big team. It’s just a couple of us in the office every day. We know everyone in the village, and they know us. The pace of work is a bit slower here, which is fine. We take the time to talk to people and make sure they understand what is happening with their money. We don't use any marketing slogans or big words. It wouldn't fit in a place like Doulthabad anyway. The office is functional and honest. We deal with the heat and the dust, and we get the job done. People come in after working in the fields or from the nearby post office. It’s a community spot as much as it is a bank. We just provide a basic, necessary service for the local folks who live out here in this part of the country.
