We are located at B-29 in the A.I.E. for BHEL. Being right in the industrial area means we’re surrounded by other companies and a lot of noise, which is exactly where an engineering firm should be. We deal with structures, so our space is often full of heavy materials and big machines. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a fancy suit, because you’d probably get it ruined in five minutes. We’ve been working here for years and we know the ins and outs of the industrial estate pretty well. Our team is small but we’ve all been doing this for a long time. We focus on the structural side of things, making sure everything is built right and stays standing. It’s a lot of welding, cutting, and measuring. Sometimes it’s hot and dusty, especially in the middle of the day, but we just get on with it. We don't have a big office with air conditioning; we’re usually out where the work is happening. People around here know us as the guys who just get the job done without complaining. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re more than we are. We just build structures and try to be fair with everyone who comes through our gates. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it by now and we like seeing things being put together from scratch.
