Our place, Ijm Steel Products Pvt. Ltd., is situated out in Isnapur Village. We are at number 620 in Parshamylaram, which is part of the Patancheru Mandal area. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but we like it out here. The surroundings are a mix of old village life and new factories. We deal with steel products every single day. It’s a big operation, but we try to keep things feeling grounded. The yard is usually full of materials waiting to be moved. We have a lot of local guys working with us. It’s a hardworking crew. We don’t have those polished corporate offices you see in the city. Our building is practical. It keeps the rain out and gives us a place to sit. We focus on the production side of things mostly. There’s always a truck coming in or a machine needing a bit of grease. It’s not always pretty, but it’s real. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. We see the same faces every morning. We just try to keep the machines running and the orders moving. It gets dusty and noisy, but that’s the nature of steel. We don’t put on any acts. If you come to visit, you’ll see us in our work clothes, probably busy with something. It’s a simple life, focused on making things that last. We've been doing this for years now and it feels like the right place for us to be working every day.
