Madansoft Technology Private Limited

Our place is on Kannikoil Street South, over in Curumbagaram. It is part of the Nedunkadu area in Karaikal. It is a bit away from the main city rush, which we actually like. It makes it easier to focus on the software work we do here at Madansoft Technology Private Limited. The building is not anything special to look at from the outside, but it is home for our company. We have got a small team that handles the daily tasks. Most of us live nearby, so the commute is not too bad. We spend a lot of time in front of screens, as you might expect for a technology place. There is always a pot of tea or coffee going in the corner. We do not have big meetings every hour. Usually, we just talk across the room when something needs to be discussed. It is a very informal environment. We are not interested in looking like a big corporate office from a movie. We just want to make sure the software we work on actually works. Sometimes things go wrong and we have to stay late to fix them, but that is just how it is. People in the neighborhood know us as the local tech spot. We keep things simple and try to be helpful whenever someone has a question about what we do. It is just an honest day of work for us here in Pondicherry.
