You can find Akshar It Solution at number 11A in Shakti Nagar, right off Maholi Road. It’s a small shop where we deal with computers, laptops, and all sorts of different cables and parts. The shelves are usually a bit messy with spare parts, keyboards, and old monitors that people have left behind for us to look at. We spend most of our time bent over a wooden desk with a small screwdriver, trying to figure out why a machine won't turn on or why the screen is flickering for no reason. It’s mostly quiet work, except for the sound of cooling fans blowing or the occasional loud beep from a motherboard we are testing. People from all around the neighborhood bring their PCs here when they think they have a virus or when their child spilled water on the keyboard by accident. We don't use a lot of big technical words; we just explain what’s broken and how long it might take us to get it fixed. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for a specific part to arrive by courier from the city. The shop is small, so if more than two or three people come in at once, it feels very crowded in here.
