We’ve been here in Vrindavan for a while now, right near the O.B.C. Bank at Atalla Chungi. It’s a busy spot but we like it. Most of us here grew up around Mathura, so we know the streets pretty well. The hotel is at Vbn 186. It’s not a huge place, just a regular building where we try to keep things moving. We spend a lot of time just dealing with daily stuff, checking rooms, and making sure the water is running okay. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud because of the bank nearby, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. People come through here for all sorts of reasons. We aren’t doing anything fancy. We just have this place and we stay busy with it. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when there’s a festival or something going on in Vrindavan. The staff is mostly local guys who live close by. We don’t have some big corporate office; it’s just us here at the building. We handle everything from the front desk to the cleaning ourselves. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us on our feet. If you’re walking toward the bank, you’ll see our sign. It’s a simple setup. We’ve had to fix a few things over the years, painting the walls or fixing the plumbing, just like any other house or building around here. That's about it.
