Our company is APK VRINDA RESORTS AND SPA PRIVATE LIMITED, and you can find us at House Number 103 in Gaudhuli Puram, over in the Vrindaban Bangar area of Mathura. Being in Vrindaban is special because there are always pilgrims and visitors coming through, so the whole town has a very specific kind of energy. We run a resort and spa, which means our office is often filled with the sounds of people planning their trips to the local temples. It’s not a huge, sleek operation. We work out of a house, and it feels very much like a local family-run business. We spend a lot of time making sure the rooms are ready and the spa services are organized. It can be a bit chaotic during the festival seasons when the whole of Mathura is packed with people. We aren't trying to be some five-star luxury brand with a bunch of rules. We just want to offer a decent place for people to rest when they come to town. We’ve been here in Gaudhuli Puram for a while and we know how things work in this neighborhood. Sometimes the power is a bit patchy or the roads are dusty, but we just manage it. We don't use any fancy talk or marketing slogans. We just talk to folks simply and try to help them out with whatever they need while they are staying with us. It is a busy life but we enjoy being part of the community.
