We are set up over at Plot No.123 in the Priyank Society area, which is right near the Yahoo Dudhiya Chowkdi. It is a local spot that everyone seems to know, so it makes giving directions a lot easier. Our yard is usually full of activity from the early hours. We handle a variety of things here, mostly stuff needed for the local building projects. It is a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes at the plot, especially when we have a lot of inventory delivered at once. We spend a lot of time organizing and reorganizing the piles so we can reach everything. It is not the kind of place where you wear your nice clothes. There is always some dust blowing around or a bit of grease from the machinery. We do not have a fancy office with air conditioning. Usually, we are just sitting out front or moving between the stacks of materials. People from the Priyank Society and the surrounding neighborhoods come by when they are doing repairs or starting something new. We just give them a hand with the loading and make sure they have what they need. It is a practical business. We do not spend time on big meetings or planning sessions. We just show up, see what needs to be moved, and get to it. It has worked for us so far, and we plan to keep it going just like this for as long as we can.
