Khodiya Building Material

Our yard is located in Village Panera, which is in the Mangrol Tehsil of Junagadh. We are situated right near the Porbandar National Highway, so we see a lot of heavy trucks and travelers passing by all the time. Being out in the village means we have plenty of space for all the building materials we keep on hand. It’s a wide-open area where we store sand, gravel, and other heavy stuff. The wind blows pretty hard across the highway, and it carries the smell of the sea sometimes, though mostly it’s just the smell of dry earth. Working here is a physical job. We are always outside, rain or shine, loading up trucks for local farmers or builders who are putting up new structures in the district. It’s a bit out of the way from the main city, but being on the highway makes it easy for transport. We don’t have a fancy office, just a small cabin where we keep the records and escape the sun for a bit. Life in Panera is quiet, but the business keeps us connected to what’s happening in the rest of the district. We’ve been here for a while, and the locals know they can just drive their tractor in and we’ll get them loaded up. It’s a very direct way of working. No middleman, no corporate talk, just moving materials from our yard to wherever they are needed in the surrounding villages.
