Down here in Chittorgarh, you will find Jk. Cement Ltd. It is a rugged landscape around here, which feels right for a cement company. We have been part of the landscape for a long time now. The facility is big and can be a bit intimidating if you have never seen a plant like this before. We have a lot of local workers who walk or bike in every day from the nearby villages. It is a community effort, really. We do not go in for fancy presentations or complicated ways of doing things. We just look at what needs to be done and we do it. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend half the night fixing them, but that is just life in this industry. Chittorgarh is a place with a lot of history, and we like to think we are adding a small chapter to it. The office is usually dusty, no matter how much we sweep, but we do not mind. We talk about the weather, the local news, and the work at hand. It is a simple way of living and working. We do not promise anything other than showing up and putting in the hours.
