Vishweshvarayya Coaching Centre (V.C.C .)

Our center is found at Al-Rahaba Plaza on Nellikai Road in Mangalore. We are in room C-29, which is up on the second floor. Nellikai Road is one of those old parts of town that is always crowded with shops selling all sorts of things. The plaza itself is a busy place with a lot of different offices and businesses crammed together. We’ve been in this specific spot for a while, and we’ve gotten used to the noise and the constant stream of people in the hallways. Inside our room, we have things organized for the classes we hold throughout the week. It’s a basic setup with some benches and a board. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just focus on the teaching and making sure the students have what they need to study. The second floor stays a little cooler than the street level, which is nice during the Mangalore summers. We handle all the administration ourselves, from talking to parents to cleaning the floors. It is a very hands-on job. Most days are spent looking over notebooks and talking through different problems. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in Mangalore, we just want to do our work in our corner of Al-Rahaba Plaza and go home at the end of the day. It’s a straightforward life for us here on Nellikai Road and we like it.
