Kanara Coaching Classes

Kanara Coaching Classes is situated in Komal Complex over in the Alake area of Mangalore. We’re right opposite the New Chitra Theatre. It’s an easy place to spot because of the theatre. The building itself is an older one, and we have been here for quite some time now. Inside, you will find typical classrooms with wooden desks that have been used by many students over the years. It has got that old-school feel to it. We don't have air conditioning, just some ceiling fans that spin all day to keep the Mangalore heat away. The sounds of the street and the movie theatre across the way are always there. It is a lively part of town. We mostly focus on our teaching. There is a small area where we keep the attendance books and some spare pens. The walls are mostly bare except for some schedules. We are not into fancy furniture or high-tech gadgets. We just use the board and our voices. Usually, there is a bit of a rush when the movies at Chitra let out and our classes end at the same time. It makes the street very crowded. We know most of the people around here. It is a very local, neighborhood kind of place. We just open up in the morning, do our classes, and lock up in the evening. It is a simple, honest way to spend the day. Nothing more, nothing less.
