Kishore Kumar Associates

We are based out of the first floor of Jayavarma Centre in Mallikatta. It is a decent area in Mangalore, pretty central for everyone. Kishore started this thing and we have just kept it going. It is an office full of desks, old files, and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. We work as associates, which basically means we all chip in on whatever needs doing. We deal with plans and drawings mostly. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit steep if you are not used to them. We spend a lot of time staring at computer screens or looking over site maps. It is not a glamorous life, but it is what we know. We get a lot of locals coming in who are building their first home or maybe adding a shop. We try to give them advice that makes sense for their budget. We do not use big words to sound smart. If something is going to be expensive, we say so. The kettle is almost always on because we drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. Sometimes the office gets crowded when everyone is in at once, but we manage. We are not trying to be the biggest name in town, just a reliable place where you can get your questions answered and your plans drawn up properly. Mallikatta is a good place for us.
