Our office is on the second floor of Utility Royal Towers. It’s right there on K.S. Rao Road, basically next to the City Centre Mall. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always a lot going on outside. We do IT work, which means a lot of troubleshooting and setting up websites or software for people. It isn't anything glamorous. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure out why a piece of code isn't working right. The office is a bit small, but it fits us all. We have our desks set up with all our gear. People often drop by because they’re already at the mall or nearby. We don’t have a fancy reception area. You just walk in and someone will help you. We’ve been here for a while and know the other folks in the building. It’s a convenient spot for us. Sometimes we grab lunch at the mall when we’re tired of what we brought from home. We deal with all sorts of tech issues, big and small. It’s just everyday work for us. We try to keep things simple and talk to our customers like normal people. No one likes a lot of technical talk they can't understand. We just get to the point and fix what needs fixing. It’s just us here working on our computers all day.
