Akrathi

Our place is called Akrathi and we are situated at No.22 on the 2nd Floor of Nelagirish Mansion. This is on Mother Traisa Road in the Hampankatta area of Mangalore. If you are looking for the building, it is quite close to Melagiris Church. Being on the second floor means we have to walk up a few flights of stairs every day, which keeps us moving. The office itself is where we handle all our design work and projects. It is a relatively quiet space compared to the street outside. We have a few large tables where we spread out our drawings and materials. It is not a very large team, so we all know each other well. We have been here for a good while and have made the space our own. There are samples and sketches pinned up on most of the walls. Mangalore can get very hot, so we are glad for the shade inside the building. We do not have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It is just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes clients come up to discuss things, and we sit around one of the tables with some coffee. We just try to keep things simple and practical. It is a decent spot in a central part of the city. We enjoy the work we do here and just take things as they come each day without much fuss.
