Yo Dragon

Yo Dragon. We’re based in the Kmc Food Court at Tiger Circle in Manipal. If you’ve ever been to Manipal, you know Tiger Circle is pretty much the center of everything. We are right opposite Manipal University, so we see a lot of students all day long. It’s a very young and busy atmosphere. Being in a food court means we don’t have our own private building, just our section among the others. It’s a lot of fast-paced work. The university is right there, so when classes are over, the place fills up fast. We’ve been at this spot in Udupi for a bit now. It’s a noisy place with music playing and people talking loudly, but that’s what makes it feel alive. We don’t have any big corporate backing. It’s just a small team of us trying to keep up with the orders. Sometimes it gets overwhelming when everyone shows up at once, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be the best or anything, just trying to do the work. The food court is a practical place to be because there's always someone looking for something to eat. We just focus on the day-to-day stuff, like making sure we don't run out of ingredients. Manipal is a unique place to work, and Tiger Circle is where all the action is. It's usually a long day, but we've gotten used to the pace by now.
