Sai Ram Associates

You can find Sai Ram Associates over in the N Krishnappa Compound in Bejai Kapikad. We are located on the 6th Cross in Mangalore. It’s a bit of an older area and the compound has a very traditional feel to it. It’s not like the new glass buildings they are putting up elsewhere. We have a small office space here where we manage our daily business. There’s a lot of greenery around the compound which is nice, but it also means we get a lot of bugs during the monsoon season. We aren't a big team, just a few of us who have been working together for years. The office is filled with old ledgers and stacks of paper because we still like to keep physical copies of things. We start our day early before it gets too hot. Usually, someone brings in snacks for the afternoon tea break, and we sit outside for a few minutes to catch the air. Being on the 6th Cross means we are away from the main road noise, so it’s actually a pretty peaceful spot to work. We don't have any fancy marketing people or a big sales department. It’s just us handling the requests as they come in and making sure the bills are paid. People in the neighborhood know us, and we often have someone dropping by just to say hello or ask a quick question. It’s a very local, down-to-earth way of doing things.
