Adecco Flexione Workforce Solutions

Our office is located at 1088 on 9th Main in the Bhogadi 2nd Stage South area of Mysore. It’s right across from Pragathi Vidya Kendra, so we see the school kids and parents coming and going every day. Adecco Flexione Workforce Solutions has been in this part of Mysore for a while now. We deal with a lot of people coming in to talk about jobs and work schedules. It can get pretty busy in the mornings, especially when there are a lot of folks looking for new opportunities. The office isn't very big, but we make the most of the space we have. We’ve got a few desks pushed together and a waiting area that’s almost always full. It’s not a fancy setup, but it works for what we do. We try to keep things organized, even though the paperwork can pile up sometimes. Being in Mysore-26 is convenient because most people can find us without too much trouble. We don't use a lot of complicated systems. Usually, it’s just us talking to people and trying to figure out where they fit best. The staff here is local, so we know the city and the people pretty well. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny showroom. We just have our office on 9th Main and the work we do every day to keep things running. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of typing, but we like the pace.
