Our office is called Fortune Hr Solutions and we are situated in Moodbidri, which is near Mangalore. The specific place is Dheera Nivas, and we are right near Alva'S Boys Hostel. It’s a lively area because of all the students around. We focus on HR stuff, mostly helping folks find jobs or helping small businesses manage their staff. It’s a small operation here in Mangalore. We don't have any fancy boardrooms or leather chairs. Mostly it’s just us sitting around a couple of tables with our laptops. The rain here can be really heavy, so sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage. We’ve been here long enough that most people in the local area know where to find us. We don’t put on airs. If someone needs a job, we look at what’s available. It’s pretty straightforward for us. The hostel next door means there’s always noise and energy, which keeps things from being too dull during the long afternoons. We work through the pile of resumes and talk to managers at different companies. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of emails. That’s our day. We like the pace here in Moodbidri. It’s not as crazy as the big cities but there’s enough going on to keep us on our toes. We just take things one day at a time and do the best we can with the records we have in front of us.
