Mangala Catering Services

Mangala Catering Services operates out of No.9 in the MCC Building, which is located in Kadri Kankanady. It is a fairly standard commercial building and our space is strictly for working. We do not have a showroom or a front desk. When you walk in, you see the sacks of rice and the big containers of oil right away. Kankanady is a busy hub, so there is always noise from the traffic and people outside. We have gotten used to it over the years. Our team is small but we have worked together for a long time. We do not need to say much to each other while we work; everyone just knows what to do. The stoves are rarely cold during the day. We spend a lot of time boiling, steaming, and frying. It is hard on the back and the legs, but we are used to the grind. The MCC Building is easy to find, which helps when we have suppliers dropping off fresh produce every morning. We try to keep our overheads low, so we do not spend money on things we do not need. The focus is always on the kitchen and the containers going out the door. We are just a local Mangalore business trying to keep things moving. There is nothing fancy about us, just a group of people who know how to handle a kitchen and get the job done.
