J K Caterers

We have been operating J K Caterers out of the Gateway Tower for a long time now. It is situated right near the Amrith Theatre in Pandeshwar, which most people around here know well. It is not a fancy setup, just a hardworking kitchen where we get things done. Some mornings start really early when the mist is still hanging over Pandeshwar and the streets are quiet. We spend most of our hours prepping vegetables and making sure the stoves are ready. It can get quite hot in the kitchen, especially during the summer months, but that is just part of the job. People often stop by the tower to ask about things or just to see what we are cooking that day. We do not have a big office or anything like that. It is mostly just pots, pans, and the smell of spices filling the hallway. The traffic near Amrith Theatre can get a bit heavy in the evenings, so we try to get our deliveries out before the crowds start coming for the movies. Being in this part of town feels right because everything is close by. We know the neighbors and the other shop owners around Gateway Tower quite well. It is a simple life of cooking and packing boxes. We do our best to keep things clean and organized, though it gets messy when we are in the middle of a big order. That is just how it goes for us. We just keep our heads down and work.
