Our place is at Plot No. 37 in the Kiadb Industrial Area in Baikampady. Konkan Speciality Poly Products Pvt. Ltd. has been part of this industrial estate for a long time. If you know Baikampady, you know it’s a place where things get made. There are factories and warehouses everywhere, and we’re just one of the many businesses making it all happen. The plot is a functional space, designed for handling the poly products we specialize in. A big, shiny office with a fancy lobby isn't part of the plan. Our focus is on the production floor and the warehouse where the real work happens. It’s a bit noisy and industrial, but that’s just the nature of the area. We have a team of people who have been with us for years and know the business like the back of their hands. Corporate branding or polished mission statements aren't things we go in for. We just show up, manage the production cycles, and make sure the orders are ready to go. The industrial area can be a bit busy with trucks coming and going, but we’ve got our own rhythm.
