Mawai Farmer Producer Company Limited

Mawai Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Pipri Maldumar Tola in Sijhora, which is part of the Mandla district. We run things from Dharam Singh Saiyam’s place. It’s a very local setup, mostly focused on the farmers living in this part of the woods and hills. We don't have a fancy corporate office. Usually, the work happens right in the middle of the village or out in the fields. We help the local growers with their seeds and figuring out the best way to sell what they grow. It's a lot of walking and talking to neighbors. The roads around here aren't always the best, so getting things moved around takes some planning. We are just a group of people from the community trying to work together. There is no big mission statement or marketing team here. We just know that if we pool our resources, we might do a bit better than if we all worked alone. Sometimes we have to travel into Mandla for paperwork, but mostly we stay close to home in Sijhora. It’s a quiet life but the work is constant. We deal with whatever the season brings, whether it's the monsoon or the dry heat. We just keep moving forward, one day at a time, looking after the crops and the people who grow them.
