The Computer Store

The Computer Store is our little spot in the Rituraj Complex over in Gandhi Nagar. If you know where the Bank of Baroda is, then you can find us easily because we are right near it. Gandhi Nagar is a busy area, and the complex itself has all sorts of shops. We spend our days surrounded by monitors, tangled cables, and open CPU cabinets. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We mostly handle local repairs for people living in the apartments or working in the nearby offices. Some days it’s just virus removals, other days we are trying to save a motherboard that’s seen better days. It gets a bit crowded in the shop when a few people come in at once. We usually have the radio playing in the background or some news on a screen we are testing. The Rituraj Complex has its own rhythm, with people coming and going for banking or shopping. We’ve been here for a while, so we know most of the other shop owners. It’s a decent place to work, even if the parking in Gandhi Nagar can be a total nightmare sometimes. We just focus on getting the computers back to their owners as fast as we can. It’s simple work and we enjoy the technical challenges that pop up. There is a small tea stall just outside the complex where we usually go when we need a break from the screens.
