Malbaji Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our group, the Malbaji Farmer Producer Company Limited, operates out of a small space listed as C/O Karun Bai at 1-6/2. It is not some big warehouse or a glass building. It’s more of a home base for the farmers around here. We started this because we needed a way to organize ourselves better. Dealing with crops and buyers is a lot of work for one person to do alone. Most of the time, you can find one or two of us sitting around discussing the latest prices or worrying about the lack of rain. We don't have a big staff. It is mostly just the local farmers coming in and out when they have a minute to spare from their own land. The paperwork can be a bit of a headache, but we get through it eventually. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation. We just want to make sure that the people growing the food get a fair shake at the end of the day. Life here is simple. We wake up early, go to the fields, and maybe stop by the office in the afternoon. Sometimes the address is hard to find for outsiders because it's tucked away, but everyone in the local area knows where Karun Bai's place is located. We take things one day at a time and don't worry too much about the future beyond the next harvest. It's just us, working together as a group and staying busy.
