Csc Chakepalli Kisan Krushi Seva Producer Company Limited

Our office is right in the middle of Chakepalli village at house number 3-136. It’s a local spot in the Bellampalli area of Mancherial. We are a producer company, so our focus is always on the farmers in this part of Telangana. The building is just a regular house that we use for business. You’ll see a lot of farmers coming in and out during the morning hours to talk about their needs or to check on prices. We have some space for storage, but mostly it is where we do the clerical work. There isn’t any corporate polish here; the walls could use a new coat of paint and the files are stacked in old cupboards. We spend a lot of time discussing water, seeds, and the weather. It is honest work and we do it because it helps the local community. The heat in Mancherial can be tough, so we usually start early before it gets too bad. We have a few old desks and some benches for people to sit on while they wait. We don’t use any fancy management techniques, just common sense and talking to each other. It’s a bit noisy when everyone is there at once, but we manage to get the records updated. We are just a group of people in a small village trying to run a service for the local farmers without making it too complicated. We usually wrap up before sunset and head back to our own homes.
