Laxmi Narsimha Engineering Works

Laxmi Narsimha Engineering Works is basically just a local shop here at H. No3-48/1 in Pochera. We do a lot of different things with metal and machines in this small space. Most of the time, we are busy fixing tools for the farmers around Dimma village or welding something that snapped off a tractor. It’s not a quiet place because there is always some grinding or hammering going on. We have been here for a good while now and people just know to drop by when they have a problem. The workshop is a bit cluttered with pieces of iron and old spare parts, but we know where everything is kept. Working with heat and metal makes the place quite warm, especially in the afternoons. We don't have a fancy front desk or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is holding a wrench. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that's just life here. We take things as they come and try to fix what is brought to us. It is honest work and it keeps the lights on. Most of our tools have been with us for years and they show their age. If you are coming from the main road, you can usually spot us by the pile of iron rods outside. We like being part of the village and helping out our neighbors with their mechanical issues. It's just a regular day-to-day business for us here in Pochera.
