North Peace Holidays is located inside the Hotel Raj Palace in Model Town. We are right near the post office in Manali, which is a pretty central spot to be in. Since we are in District Kullu, things are always a bit different depending on the season. When the snow hits or the summer tourists arrive, the whole town changes. Our office isn't anything special, just a room where we keep our files and take phone calls. Being near the post office makes it easy to explain where we are to people who aren't from around here. We are a small team and we have lived in Manali for a long time. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a bunch of corporate rules. We just know the area well and try to help people with their travel plans. Sometimes the phones are ringing non-stop and other times it is quiet enough to hear the wind. We mostly spend our time talking to drivers and checking on bookings. It’s a hands-on kind of job. We don't use a lot of big words or marketing tricks. If you walk into Model Town and find the Raj Palace, you’ll find us. We are just regular people working in the travel business, trying to make things work in a town that is always moving. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how Manali life is.
