You can find us at Shop Number 5 in Dragon Market. It’s a small shop, squeezed in between a clothes store and a place that sells electronics. The market is always loud and crowded with people looking for bargains. We keep our shop open from early morning because that’s when the travelers are looking for buses and tickets. It’s not a big space, just enough for a desk and some chairs for customers to sit while we print their tickets. We deal with all sorts of people, from local villagers to folks visiting from far away. Dragon Market is a bit of a maze if you don't know it well, but we’ve been here long enough that everyone knows where Shop 5 is. We handle the bus bookings, train tickets, and sometimes local taxi hires. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking schedules on the screen. The fan in the shop makes a bit of noise but it helps in the heat. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. It’s just us behind the counter. Sometimes the printer jams or the internet goes down, and we have to run to the next shop to get things done. It’s a busy life in the market. We just try to get the bookings right so people don't have trouble on their journey. We also keep a few bottles of water for the travelers who come in looking thirsty after walking through the lanes.
