New Era Foods

We are located out in Narike Khurd village. It’s a quiet spot near Gowara in the Melerkotla area. Our work is all about food. We’ve been here for a while, working with what the local area provides. The roads out here can be a bit bumpy sometimes, especially after it rains. We spend our days processing and packing. It’s a lot of manual work and watching the machines carefully. We aren't a big city factory. It’s more local than that. The air is better out here at least. We have some people from the village working with us. It’s a simple routine. We start early when it’s still cool outside. There’s always something to clean or a machine to fix. We just focus on getting the food products ready for market. It’s not a fancy office. Just a place where work gets done. Sometimes we have to wait for transport to arrive which can be a bit slow. We know most of our neighbors. It’s a small community. We just try to do our bit and keep the quality decent. It's honest work and keeps us busy. That’s life at the village site. We grow a few things nearby too just for ourselves. It’s a good way to live, being close to the land while running the food business. We mostly just keep to ourselves and focus on the daily output.
