Mandhi Hariya Fruites & Vegetable Farmers Producer Limited is situated in Village Mandhi Hariya. We work out of House Number 08. It is a small village where everyone knows each other’s business, especially when it comes to what is growing in the fields. We focus on fruits and vegetables because that is what grows best in our soil. Being a farmer producer company means we try to pool our resources. Instead of one person trying to find a buyer for their tomatoes or gourds, we do it together. It saves a lot of headaches. Our office is just a regular house. You walk in and there are crates and papers everywhere. It is a busy place during the picking season. We spend a lot of time worrying about the heat and whether the vegetables will wilt before they get to the market. There is a lot of talk about irrigation and new seeds. We do not have any fancy marketing plans. We just want to grow good food and make sure we do not lose money doing it. Life in Mandhi Hariya is simple but the work is heavy. We take turns helping out with the paperwork and the heavy lifting. It is just how things are done here. We are just local farmers trying to make the most of what the earth gives us each season. It is not a lot more complicated than that.
