Khwaja Gareeb Nawaz Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Haripur Kalan. We operate from Saddik Khan’s place. It’s a local setup where we try to organize what we grow and how we manage the land. Most of us have been farming for as long as we can remember. It’s not an easy job and there isn’t much glory in it, but it’s what we know. Being in a producer company means we can pool our resources. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make the farming life here a bit more manageable for the families who live around here. It takes a lot of effort to keep things moving. We handle the paperwork ourselves, which can be a bit of a pain, but it's necessary. If you’re looking for us, we’re usually around the village, probably busy with the current harvest or getting ready for the next one. It is just basic, honest work.
