We started this little setup in Village Frain Kalan. If you know the area, we are right opposite the Mela Mandi. Naresh Chander Beniwalo is the one looking after things here. We are just a bunch of people trying to make sense of the farming business. It isn't always easy. Some days we are just sitting around discussing seed prices or why the tractor broke down again. We registered as Agrocare Tej Krishimanch Producer Company Limited because we wanted to have a proper name for what we do together. Most of us have been working the land around here for years. The office isn't much to look at, just a practical space where we keep our papers and meet up. We don't have fancy furniture or big signs. People from the village drop by when they have questions about their crops. It's mostly about getting the right stuff for the fields at the right time. We handle the paperwork and the sales side of things so the farmers can focus on the soil. It's a lot of manual work and checking things twice. Sometimes the weather doesn't help, but that's just how it goes in this part of the world. We don't promise anything crazy. We just try to get the work done and hope for a decent harvest at the end of the season. It’s hard work, but it’s our work.
