Our office is Shop No-5 in the C-Building over at Nashik Ho. It’s a straightforward setup in a quiet part of the building. We focus on building projects and developing land in and around the Nashik area. The shop is small but it’s where we keep all our site plans and documents. We spend a lot of time out on the field looking at plots, so the office is often just a home base for the paperwork. Usually, someone is here to handle inquiries during the day. We aren't a huge company with a lot of departments. It’s just us doing the work of planning and selling land. Nashik has been growing fast and we’ve been trying to keep up with the new developments. We talk to farmers, land owners, and people looking to build their first homes. It’s a lot of walking around and checking boundaries. Back at the shop, we try to keep things organized but it gets a bit messy with all the blueprints. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting there. We like it that way because it’s more personal. People know us as locals who understand the ground reality here. It’s honest work and we take it one project at a time. The local tea stall sends over a tray every afternoon, which helps keep us going.
