Sadanand Buildtech

We are located at No. 7, Jai Malad Bungalow. It’s right across from the Vanraj Society on Ravindra Marg in Dwarka. The area is pretty quiet compared to the big main markets nearby. Sadanand Buildtech is run out of this spot. It’s a bungalow, so the whole place feels more like a home than a regular office. We like it that way because it's comfortable. You can see the entrance to Vanraj Society right from our front gate. We spend our mornings checking on things around Ravindra Marg. It’s a good, solid street to be on. Most of our neighbors know us by name and wave when they walk by. We don't have a big shiny sign out front, just the address and our name, Sadanand Buildtech. Inside, it's just a few of us with some computers and a lot of paper stacked on the tables. We aren't a big corporation with fancy lobbies and elevators. If you come to Jai Malad Bungalow, you’ll probably find someone drinking a cup of chai and looking over some site plans. We deal with local building stuff and just try to keep things moving forward. Dwarka is growing fast, but this little corner on Ravindra Marg stays pretty steady and calm. We’ve been at No. 7 for a bit now. It’s a simple, straightforward way to work. We don't use big words or try to act like we are better than anyone else. We just do the work that comes our way from the local people.
