Shaktimaan Building Materials

We are located at number 28 on Marutha Road in Vazhikkadavu. It is a straightforward shop where we keep all the basic things people need for construction and repairs. The building itself is just a regular place, nothing too fancy, with most of the space taken up by the stock. We spend our days helping people figure out how many bags of cement or how much steel they might need for whatever they are working on. Since we're on Marutha Road, we get a fair amount of people passing by who just stop in to ask a quick question. We don't really go for big marketing talk; we just tell people what we have in the yard and what the price is today. Sometimes the deliveries from the suppliers are late, and we have to explain that to the customers, which isn't always fun but that's just part of the business. Vazhikkadavu is a nice enough place to work, even when it gets humid and the air feels heavy. We have a few guys who help with the loading, and we try to keep things organized so we don't lose track of what is in the back. It’s the kind of job where you get to know the local contractors and their families. We've been at this spot for a while now, and we just keep showing up every morning to get the doors open and see who comes by.
